About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Entry Level Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in video editing, and be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. The role will support the organization in all aspects of the video editing process, from organizing footage to final delivery.
• Creating engaging and visually compelling video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Organize and manage footage using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva
• Edit video footage according to project requirements, including basic color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects
• Work closely with management to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to a high standard
• Continuously improve editing skills through self-learning and feedback from management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in video editing, either through academic coursework or personal projects
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and grow as a video editor
Preferred:
• A degree or diploma in film studies, media production, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of color grading and color correction techniques
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
